The new Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500X looks vibrant and modern yet very classy bike. The bright colored fuel tank complements the otherwise dominating black color which is spread out all across the bike. The alloy wheels come with fuel tank color paint stripping which gives the bike a classic touch.
The exhaust pipe is also black colored and gels with the bobber styled short rear fender. The seat of the new Thunderbird 500X is changed to a single unit opposite to the dual split seats featured on the regular Thunderbird motorcycles. There are black colored grab rails present on the bike nicely tucked in between the rear fender and seat. The Thunderbird 500X also comes featured with a little short handlebar for better ergonomics. The bike comes in two color options- Getaway Orange and Drifter Blue.
The RE Thunderbird 500 with all black theme was launched in 2013 by Royal Enfield India. The bike even had the 500cc UCE engine blacked out which was a novelty for that time.
