BMW Motorrad India has launched much awaited single cylinder made in India G310 R and G310 GS. The bikes have been developed and manufactured in assistance with their Indian partner TVS Motor Company. The Bavarian company had unveiled these bikes in the exotic markets a little earlier and the wait is finally over for the BMW enthusiasts in our country.
As a surprise the adventure variant of BMW’s 300cc bike has been spotted for the first time. Based on the TVS-BMW duos brainchild- the G310R, the adventure variant is spotted prior to the Intermot which is due later this month and the upcoming EICMA. The company might bring this trump card at the upcoming events with the name G310 GS based on the prevailing nomenclature at BMW.
[EXCLUSIVE] Based on the inputs our Graphic Designer "Rahil Khan" has done a speculative rendering of the upcoming faired avatar of the naked roadster G 310R. It is believed that following the lines of Bajaj and KTM the BMW & TVS would also come up with two different products based on the common platform.
The futuristic technology based motorcycle helmet is most likely to be launched in couple of next years. The HUD technology is inspired by the technology used in aeronautics and aircraft, where the helmets used by the fighter pilots have vital information on their helmet visors.
Today BMW has revealed the production ready model of their first quarter liter single cylinder motorcycle after their 1948 R24. The roadster is coined as “G310R”, entirely designed and developed by BMW the G310R will be produced by TVS Motors in their Indian facility at Bangalore.
