Yamaha Motor India has introduced its updated product portfolio for 2023 with the launch of the updated FZ-S Fi Version 4.0 in the Indian market. The updated FZ-S from Yamaha Motor India is now available in three color options – Metallic Grey, Majesty Red, and Metallic Black. All three color options are available at the same price tag of INR 1,27,400/- (Ex-showroom).

The Metallic Grey color option comes with a black finish for the seat cover and a blue color for the alloy wheels, while, the Majesty Red and Metallic Black color options feature golden colored alloy wheels with red colored seat covers.

The updated 2023 Yamaha FZ-S Fi V4.0 model also gets a new front fascia. The new front now includes a new and aggressive headlight with twin LED DRLs and a body-colored mask. The rest of the body of the motorcycle on the other hand carries the same design as its predecessor. The company has also added LED turn indicators to the updated motorcycle as standard. A Traction Control System is also introduced to the motorcycle by the company for better safety.

The engine specifications of the bike remain the 149cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that churns out 12.2bhp at 7,250rpm and 13.3Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm. The motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The motorcycle rivals the likes of TVS Apache RTR 160, Honda Hornet 2.0, and the Suzuki Gixxer in the Indian market.
