Piaggio has launched its awaited scooter Aprilia Strom 125 today in India. The new Aprilia Storm 125 comes equipped with same 125cc engine borrowed from Aprilia SR 125. The Storm 125 is launched at around Rs. 8000/- lesser price point than Aprilia SR125. The scooter will take on the likes of Honda Activa 125, TVS NTorq and Suzuki Access 125. Piaggio has introduced the new Aprilia Storm 125 with smaller 12 inch wheels shod with bold pattern rubber tyres. The Aprilia Storm125 also comes in distinct color and design options. The scooter is devoid of disc brakes and the braking duty is been given to drum brakes at both the ends. Aprilia Storm 125 continues with the same dual analogue type meter console as featured in Aprilia SR 125.

The new Aprilia Storm 125 comes in two color options- Matte Yellow and Matte Red. Aprilia Storm 125 will be available across Vespa and Aprilia showrooms across India. The Storm 125 is priced at Rs 65,000/- (Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
