CEAT Launches Scooter Centric Milaze Tyres

  • Mar 30, 2015
  • |   Comments
CEAT today has launched a new range of tyres specially made for scooters in India called Milaze. The tyres profiles are available in 3.50-10 TT and 90/100-10 TT sizes which are compatible with all the scooters manufactures by the companies. The tyres are said to have improved load carrying capacity and the ability to provide improved mileage for the scooters with the use of these tyres.

The Milaze comes with flatter tread profile and a high bead strength that provides a much better load carrying capability to the tyres and also last quite longer compared to other tyres in the market. The flatter tread gives the vehicle added traction and the higher non-skid depth keeps the tyre planted at all times to ensure maximum contact with the ground.

The sturdy blocks and sipes makes sure the tyre wear is pretty uniform and hence there is no unevenness in the tyre after clocking many a miles. The Milaze also gets a deep shoulder for better wet road grip and reduces the chances of slipping on water and to ensure maximum contact with the tarmac.

The Milaze tyres will be compatible with most of the scooters available in the market for the Honda, Mahindra, TVS, Suzuki and other major scooter brands and the distribution will be made available in a phased manner starting with the major cities and key markets all over the country.

CEAT is the flagship company of RPG enterprises which manufactures tyres for all segments like Heavy-duty Trucks and Buses, Light Commercial Vehicles, Earthmovers, Forklifts, Tractors, Trailers, Cars, Motorcycles and Scooters as well as Auto-rickshaws.
