Benelli showroom in Bengaluru has recorded fastest sales of 100 sportbikes being sold under three months i.e., 90 days. This achievement is also the first for any superbikes brand in India to sell such numbers under three months.
Keys to the 100th bike was personally handed over to the customer by Mr Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman, DSK Motowheels at a special ceremony that was held to mark the occasion. All the 99 owners were invited to the celebration which was held at the Company's showroom. The celebration continued with each of the 100 owners taking their bikes on a ride from the showroom situated at Lal Baugh Road, near Richmond Circle to Kolar. The Chairman, Mr Shirish Kulkarni flagged off the ride.
The entire range of Benelli Motorcycles starting from the 300cc, TNT 300, all the way up to the flagship TNT 1130R are sold at this showroom. Benelli currently sells five of it's range in India, which include TNT 300, TNT 600i, TNT 600GT, TNT 899 and the TNT 1130R which is the flagship of the company. The price range starts from 3.4 lakhs and goes all the way to 14 lakhs.
The TNT 300, TNT 600i TNT and 600GT are currently brought into India via the CKD route from China and assembled at DSK plant in Pune, while the TNT 899 and the TNT 1130R are imported as CBU from Italy. The company is also planning to introduce two new models over the next five months, the TNT 250 and Trek 1130 Amazonas.
Apart from the Bengaluru showroom, DSK also sells its range of sportbikes in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Chennai with more dealerships to be coming up in the future.
