Gulf Oil India Ltd, which is a Hinduja Group Company and Bajaj Auto have undergone into a strategic tie up for lubricants. Gulf Oil will manufacture and distribute Bajaj Genuine Oil- “Bajaj Dts-i 10,000”. The oil manufacturing company will not only manufacture the lubricant for Bajaj Auto by their brand name but also distribute it in Bajaj Auto’s dealership network alongside Gulf Oil’s Bazaar network.On the occasion, Ravi Chawla, Managing Director, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited, said,

This association, our first OEM tie-up in the Two-wheeler segment, will help us grow further in the Motorcycle Oil segment where we already have a strong presence in the “Bazaar” and also provide a platform to increase the reach of the Bajaj Genuine Oil in the markets.
The oil will be available in two variants- 10W-30 & 20W-50, the lower grade oil is meant for bikes up to 100 cc whereas the 20W50 grade is for motorbikes above 100cc. Bajaj Genuine Oil “BAJAJ DTS-i 10,000” contains patented formula which makes the drain interval longer up to 10,000 km long. Company claims that the Bajaj Genuine oil not only provides longer drain interval but also renders smoother clutch, cleaner engine parts, longer engine life and reduced friction.
