  • |   Comments
Hero MotoCorp has launched another auto gear scooter- Duet. The company had earlier unveiled the Duet when they had launched Maestro Edge earlier this month. The new Duet is the second indigenously developed auto scooter from house of Hero MotoCorp after Maestro Edge.

The Duet comes with brand new chassis and 110cc engine designed & developed at the vicinity of Hero MotoCorp. The new Duet is featured with all metal body, which makes it one of the sturdy auto scooters available in the segment. The design of the Duet however seems to be inspired by the market leader Honda Activa, Hero tried to bring in all additional features into the Duet which is not present in the current Activa range of scooters.

The new Duet is equipped with features like sturdy metal body suspended on the front telescopic shock absorbers, remote fuel lid opening, remote seat opening, dual digital- analog meter console, Integrated braking System, USB charger and Boot light.

The new Duet is featured in six vibrant colors and comes in two variants (LX and VX)- Candy Blazing Red, Pearl Silver White, Grace Grey, Matte Nature Green, Panther Black and Vernier Grey (Non-metallic). Hero has made the new Duet available initially only in the southern India and slowly the new Duet will be available in all parts of the country.

The new Duet is priced at Rs 48,400 (Ex- showroom, Bangalore) for the LX version and Rs. 49,900 (Ex-showroom, Bangalore) for the VX version.
