Hero MotoCorp Updates Official Website- Drops Splendor NXG

  • May 5, 2015
  • |   Comments
Hero MotoCorp has updated their official website and as reported earlier by BI they have updated all models featured with 97.2cc engine with tweaked power output. Amidst this tweaking process Hero is apparently dropped the "Splendor NXG" model from their existing product lineup.

Now they have Super Splendor with 124.7cc engine, Splendor Pro Classic- the Cafe' Racer, Splendor iSmart- the most frugal bike of the World, Splendor Pro and Splendor Plus in their 2015 product lineup. The discontinued Splendor NXG was launched in 2007 and had pitched as style icon among the youth. The Splendor NXG was introduced with self start and all black engine and alloy wheels.

It is to be seen whether Hero is about to bring another model from the same segment to fill the gap and replace the Splendor NXG, this will only time tell. However, there are so many options available in the commuter class segment from Hero MotoCorp that even dropping one from them hardly get noticed. As we had already disclosed that Hero is not only updating the product lineup for 2015 but also working on upgrading the entire product line by introducing new models.

The updated 2015 Passion Pro is about to get launched officially with some major cosmetic changes like, all new 6-Spoke alloy wheels, fresh front fascia and new tail light assembly along with refreshed colors schemes and all new fiber side panels.
