Honda Launches NAVI- a unique bike with 110cc CVT engine

  • Feb 3, 2016
  • |   Comments
At the first day of Auto Expo 2016, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched a unique product based on 110cc CVT engine used in their popular scooters. With the “New Additional Value For India” (NAVI) Honda has managed to create a novel segment in two wheeler industry in India.

The NAVI is Honda’s first 100% R&D model in India; they have designed, developed and created the NAVI in India only. The entire project took shape at their Indian facilities and there has been no part of the project shared on the global basis.

Honda claims that NAVI’s unconventional design is unique and it is a concept which is very mechanical & clean. The NAVI in its standard form is the design statement which is not only “FUN TO SEE” but also pure “FUN TO RIDE”. The new NAVI is created on the philosophy of expression and customization; it provides the endless possibilities for the young customers to modify and customize the NAVI to suite their taste. It is simply because of this Honda is calling the NAVI as a pure FUN to Create.

The potential customers of the new NAVI will get vibrant range of customized parts inside the Honda showrooms. The availability of customized OE Honda parts will certainly make the experience of owning the NAVI unique and very exciting for the youths. Honda had showcased 3 possibilities at the Expo- NAVI Street, NAVI Adventure & NAVI Off-road.

The standard NAVI will come in 5 colour options – Patriot Red, Hopper Green, Shasta White, Sparky Orange and Black. The Honda NAVI is priced at Rs 39,500 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi). The delivery of the bike will be started from April 2016 onwards. The booking for the new Honda NAVI has commenced from today onwards and those who want to book their own NAVI can do so through an exclusive android mobile booking application ‘NAVI’. The App can be downloaded through Google PlayTM store by searching for “NAVI” in the search bar.
