India Yamaha Motor, which is a subsidiary of Yamaha Motor Company, Japan has won the “Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix” 2016 twice in a row. The competition organized by Yamaha Motor Company in Japan where 21 representatives from their respective countries took part. Out of these many participants Jignesh Rana from ‘Planet Automobile’, Ahmadabad won the title. This is second consecutive win for India Yamaha Motor as the previous WTGP also won by IYM in 2014.On the occasion, Masaki Asano, Managing Director, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd., said,

The 7th Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix has witnessed participation of Yamaha YTA Technicians from all over the world. These are the technicians responsible to provide ‘One-to-one’ services to Yamaha customers on daily basis. The contest included the advanced troubleshooting and communication with customers using Yamaha diagnostic tools.
