One of Europe’s biggest Motorcycling extravaganzas, the Irish MotorBike Show starts off in style. A three day gala event is hosting never before stuffs this year. The 2017 Irish MotorBike Show is happening at the RDS, Dublin, Ireland. One of the main attractions of this year’s Irish Motorbike show has to be the exclusive personal “Joey Dunlop Tribute” which is the first time it will be on display in Ireland.Joey was undoubtedly one of the greatest road racers of the world and he is still a household name in the world of motorcycling. Joey with his simply staggering amount of wins, as well as an easy going attitude that allowed the road racing fan an unusual amount of access to the paddock was always very popular among the masses. At the ongoing IM Show 2017 there has been lots of memorabilia displayed related to this road racing legend. The articles include his race bikes, helmets, leathers and trophies he won in his 31 years of racing career.
Another attraction of the show will be the The Ace Global Stunt Starz Competition. Here there will be riders participating from various corners of the Europe to showcase their skills on two wheels. The competition will be between the 25 ace riders across the Europe where the riders will be competing for the Cash prize over €5,000.
The “AMD International Custom Bike Building Championship” will be another not to be missed competition scheduled as main highlight of the event. The star participants of the biker built off will be the Mick O’Shea and Don Cronin from Cork. The duos were crowned Ireland’s AMD Custom Bike Building Champions for their ‘Road Fever’ at the 2015 Carole Nash Irish Motorbike & Scooter Show.
