New Bajaj V12 Spotted At Dealership- Launched Silently

  • Jan 4, 2017
  • |   Comments
The promised smaller version of the current best selling V15 from the house of Bajaj has been spotted at a dealership of central India. The V12 looks strikingly similar to the bigger sibling and carries almost all the major characteristics of the V15. Apart from the looks and design the new V12 is different from the V15 in terms of Power train, Brakes, Tires & Wheels and Suspension set up etc. The new Bajaj V12 is equipped with 125cc Dtsi engine with twin spark plug technology. The mill is capable of producing 10.7 PS of power at 7,500rpm and 10.98 Nm of claimed torque at 5,500rpm. The new V12 is featured with 130mm front drum brakes in place of the 240mm of disc from the bigger sibling. The tyre profile of the new V12 is also varied from the existing V15 and the bike carries 2.75-18 front tube type tyre and 100/90-16 rear tube type tyre. The 5- spoke alloy wheels featured on the new V12 is also different from the more stylish alloy wheels present on the V15.

*** Can you spot the visual difference between new V12 and the bigger V15 (White Color)?

The front fork suspension at the new V12 is not that beefy as seen on the V15 but it is expected to work perfectly for a 125cc comparatively lightweight V12. Bajaj has silently announced the price of the new V12 on their website along with limited details of the bike and it is priced at Rs 56,283 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi). But since apparently the bike has reached the dealership nothing can be hidden for long time. Stay tuned to BikesIndia as we will bring you more updates on the same.
