Royal Enfield To Reveal A Brand New Bike At EICMA

Royal Enfield is teasing a Motorcycle on its social media platform and people are freaking out. Speculations are arising, people are analysing the pic using hard detective skills and no one can seem to maintain their calm. The company is planning on revealing the bike during EICMA. For better understanding, take a look at the picture here. Notice the LED lights, Single seat, long wheelbase and straight handlebar, and how they remind you of the Classic series. People are saying that it could very well be the Classic 650, and although I love that Idea very much. I am afraid it just won’t be true.

The 650 Twins are the main focus of the company in India. They are not going to diverge the market crowd with another future motorcycle. As it would stop certain buyers from buying their upcoming 650cc bikes. On top of that, “Classic” series is a cash cow for the company. Anything with a classic series sticker will sell like hot-cake in the market. Whereas Interceptor and Continental GT are new labels, with which people are not so familiar with.

However, there is another exciting possibility which can unfold at EICMA 2018. This unknown bike could be an entirely new line up from the company, like a brand new Scrambler or a Cruiser. Although the possibility of the latter is quite vague, due to a single seat visible in the picture. The new bike could easily be a scrambler because the company has no such bike in their current line up.

Still, the most important fact, related to this bike will be its engine. If the bike is powered by the same Unit construction Engine, then it will just be another clone. However, if the company decides to go wild and use their parallel twin motor for it, then, in simple words, ‘the bike can raise hell’. As there is no other affordable way in India to put 47 HP on the dirt and this potential scrambler can easily change that.
