  • |   Comments
Suzuki Motorcycle India has unveiled the updated Hayate from their commuter segment offering, the new Hayate is christened as “Hayate EP”. It has been really long time since Suzuki has given update to their commuter line up or has brought a brand new commuter.

The new Hayate EP has received major update on both mechanical and cosmetic fronts; the new Hayate EP is featured with brand new chassis which has given the bike longer wheelbase, increased ground clearance and lower Kerb weight. The new Hayate EP is also featured with meatier tubeless tyres, maintenance free battery and 5-step adjustable rear shock absorber.

The new 113cc air cooler SOHC engine is featured with Suzuki Super Sleek Piston, high-ignition spark plug and low friction cylinder & piston rings. These changes have brought the improved combustion, high compression ratio, reduced friction and weight reduction to the new Hayate. The all new Suzuki Hayate EP now returns powerful pick-up with superb real road mileage with the help of above mentioned alterations.

Suzuki will officially launch the new Hayate EP within this financial year only and it is when we will be able to know how Suzuki will price the entry level motorcycle. However, there will be three attractive colors in which new Suzuki Hayate EP will be available when launched- Metallic Oort Grey, Pearl Mira Red and Glass Sparkle Black.
