  • Oct 16, 2017
  • |   Comments
Triumph Motorcycles India has launched the premium marquee from their Street Triple range of motorbikes- the RS. The motorcycle is one of the most exhilarating, agile and performance street motorcycles from the house of Triumph. The all new Street Triple RS is equipped with race bred 765cc engine tuned to a different state for outright performance.

The all new Triumph Street Triple RS comes featured with tuned 765cc engine from the Triumph Daytona, which peaks out 123PS of power at 11700 Rpm. The bike is equipped with new ‘slip and assist’ Clutch along with revised set of gearbox and air box for better performance. Ride by Wire comes as standard fitment with up to five riding modes. All new switchgear alongside 5- way joystick ensures rider friendly experience. The Quickshifter and a laptimer is also featured on the premium Street Triple RS, a new full color 5 inch angle adjustable TFT display console is one of the main attractions of the bike.

Commenting on the occasion, Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India Pvt. Ltd. said,
Innovation at Triumph is motivated by our needs to deliver products that suit rider requirements. The new Triumph Street Triple RS is a Force-machine that delivers in terms of performance and style. It is the most explosive and adrenaline-charged Street Triple ever. It’s built to be at home on the track, and a weapon on the road. No wonder the same platform was the engine of choice for the Moto-2 tracks. I hope our riders enjoy the superb suspension, power and technology of this all new Street Triple.

The new Street Triple RS comes equipped with high performance Showa big piston 41mm adjustable front forks and premium Ohlins STX40 piggyback reservoir rear mono suspension. The braking duty is been given to superior Brembo M50 brakes at both front and rear end. The motorcycle also comes shod with high specification performance tyres from Pirelli (Diablo Supercorsa SP).

The new Triumph Street Triple RS will be available in two color options- Matt Silver Ice and Phantom Black and is priced at Rs. 10,55000/- (Ex, showroom, Delhi).
