2017 Bajaj Platina Spotted At Dealership- BM Report

  • Sep 23, 2017
  • |   Comments
Amidst the ongoing festive season Bajaj seems to be ready to introduce the updated models from their current lineup. The updated 2017 Platina has been spotted at a dealership in West Bengal. The bike looks exactly same as the ongoing model with subtle changes in the graphics along with two distinct additions. Now the updated Bajaj Platina 2017 is featured with DRL LED strip right on the top of the headlight mask and an all new meter console is also introduced to the new Platina. The Bajaj Platina is one of the best selling commuters from the house of Bajaj, the bike has got good presence in the rural market across the India. Last year only the company had introduced ‘ComforTec’ technology to the Platina. With the longer front suspension setup along with beefier SNS rear spring shock absorber the bike becomes one of the most comfortable entry level commuter motorcycles in the country. The updated meter console is a welcome step from the company as the now age old two pod instrument cluster really has become obsolete. Though, Bajaj has kept the design philosophy as simple as possible, there is speedometer with white background alongside a subtle fuel gauge. There are tell -tale lights also featured beside the fuel gauge.

The underpinnings of the bike remain same including the 102cc Dtsi engine, we will bring you the update on the same as soon as we get more intel on this, till then stay tuned to BikesMedia.
