Bajaj Teases New Avengers As Launch Approaches

  • Oct 24, 2015
  • |   Comments
Bajaj is all set to launch of what they call "The Stunning New Avengers" on 27th October 2015. It is confirmed by now as the Company starts teasing it on their website with the tagline "Feel Like God". To recap, the first Avenger was launched back in 2005 with a 180cc, that was a re-worked Pulsar 180's engine. Later on, the Avenger kept growing bigger with 200cc model introduced two years after the launch and then in July 2010, came the 220cc Avenger which is presently the displacement for the outgoing model. Even though the Avenger was a successful cruiser in India, we still needed a change, but we never expected the change by Bajaj is actually going to BLOW OUR MINDS OFF. Rightly to what they have mentioned, the all new avengers looks stunning. The recently shared spy pictures and also the pictures caught at a dealership makes us believe it. Bajaj is all set to launch two new variants of the Avenger, the "Cruise" and "Street". The Street we feel is a show stealer and an instant hit to anyone who looks at it. The matte finish and the detailing on the bike makes it stand out of the crowd. The cruiser version too looks really good. Both the bikes will be the successors of the present Avenger 220. Coming to the bike, almost everything seems to be refreshed in new bikes. The bike is expected to come with a new 220cc oil cooled engine. Power and torque figures are unknown. The bikes look more like a scaled down versions of Harley Davidson, especially the Avenger Street as it resembles the Harley Street 750 a lot. The bike now looks and feels lighter and a tad smaller than the current outgoing model.

With the launch of these two models, we expect Bajaj to discontinue the older model as the old model is taken out of the Bajaj official website. The pricing of the bike is still unknown which will be revealed once the bike has been launched on 27th October 2015. Stay tuned to Bikesindia as we will bring you the live coverage of the all new Avengers which are going to be launched in three days' time. Do share us your opinions as to what you think about the new Avengers.
