Ducati India is going to launch the awaited Multistrada 950 and Monster 797 on 14th June’17. Both the bikes will be the entry level models in their respective classes. The Monster 797 would be the dream machine for those who are aspiring for a naked entry level Ducati. On the other hand the Multistrada 950 is going to be the most affordable adventure bike from the house of Ducati India.
The 2017 Ducati Monster 797 was first displayed at the 2016 EICMA in Italy. The 797 is equipped with 803cc Air cooled L-Twin engine. The motor is cable to produce 75 Ps of power at 8250 Rpm and 68 nm of torque at 5750 Rpm. The Ducati Monster 797 is a perfect naked bike for those who want to upgrade to a big capacity motorbike. The Monster 797 will lock its horns with the likes of recently launched Aprilia Shiver 900.
The Ducati Multistrada 950 was also showcased at the 2016 EICMA along with Monster 797. The Multistrada 950 is the smallest Multistrada and hence counted as entry level adventure bike from Ducati’s Multistrada series. The bike is equipped with 937cc V-twin liquid cooled engine, which churns out 113 Ps of power out.
The expected price of Ducati Multistrada 950 is Rs 14.5 Lakh and the Monster 797 is expected to be priced at Rs 10.2 Lakh (Both prices are Ex-Showroom).
