  • |   Comments
With the launch of new CB Unicorn 160 Honda has updated the age old Unicorn 150, when launched in 2005 the Unicorn was the first motorcycle of Honda with which Honda had stepped into Indian Motorcycle market. It was a matter of concern not only for potential buyers of older Unicorn but also the Honda dealerships across the country, that whether Honda will discontinue the Unicorn 150 amidst the launch of new 160cc Unicorn as updated version of brand Unicorn.

Honda has now confirmed that they will continue selling its senior Unicorn with 150cc engine along with the newcomer (CB Unicorn 160). Honda has circulated the official letter to all of its dealership networks, mentioning that they are not going to discontinue the Unicorn 150 and will continue the sales maintaining the demand and supply. Honda CB Unicorn 150 used to be the flagship product of company ever since Honda introduced this bike in year 2005. The Honda Unicorn was the motorcycle which actually introduced the "Monoshock" suspension to the masses. Though the bike did not receive any major makeover since its launch, it used to be the best seller bike for Honda. With the launch of new Unicorn 160 Honda has updated the marque and now with announcing the co existence of both Unicorns with different specifications comes as relaxing News for many. The new CB Unicorn 160 will be sold at price Rs 69,350 base version and the Unicorn 150 will be available at price Rs 64,638 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
