It's a great News for all Motorsport lovers, Suzuki Motorcycles India has announced the "Gixxer Cup" Championship, which is a One Make Racing Competition authorized by FMSCI. Excited by the success of its brand Gixxer in India Suzuki decided to take it to a different level altogether. The upcoming Championship will be held in two different categories; "Novice" for beginners and "Open" for experienced riders. The Gixxer Cup will be held at Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore and the Madras Motor Race Track in Chennai. There will be 5 rounds of each category and the final round would be held at BIC (Buddha International Circuit), Noida. The Championship will commence from June 2015 and will last till October 2015.
Bikes will be provided by the organizers, and in this case it will be Suzuki Motorcycle India. There will be 20 fully race prepared motorcycles provided by the organizers with fully trained Teams and Crew members. The aspirants can take participation in the championship by paying entry fees of Rs 2000 (two thousand only) per weekend. There is a cap for taking part in the racing event though either you should ever taken part in any FMSCI approved race or at least you should have attended any of the training school affiliated to the authorized body.For more details you can visit these links given below:
