  • Sep 9, 2014
  • |   Comments
Suzuki in an event held in New Delhi launched the 155cc Gixxer at a price tag of Rs 72'199 (Ex- showroom, Delhi). Suzuki has launched its now flagship product at very competitive price and successfully kept the price way below Rs 80'000 mark even on road, leaving recently launched Yamaha FZ-S and FZ version 2.0 dearer to approx Rs 8000/-. At the launch event Mr. Atul Gupta, Executive Vice President, SMIPL, said:
"Loaded with exciting equipment, power, handling and trusted Suzuki quality, the GIXXER will make a statement without saying a word. It is an overall mix of elegant styling, classy on-road presence and promising performance, and will attract young bikers to rev up and ride. We expect GIXXER to create a strong foothold for itself in the market"
The new Gixxer seems value for money as compare to the competition available in the market, the new 155cc engine which is mated to 5-speed gear is peppy and smooth, moreover Suzuki claims 63.5 Kmpl fuel efficiency with the help of its patented SEP technology.

BikesIndia happens to be the first in country to bring the First Ride Review of Gixxer, stay tuned for the detailed Test Ride Review of Gixxer soon.
