Post Highlights
- Ducati Panigale V4 R is officially launched in India
- It has an ex-showroom price of Rs 51.87 lakh
- It is powered by a 998cc engine producing 221 HP and 112 Nm of torque
After Revealing the bike at EICMA, Ducati has launched the Panigale V4 R in India at an Ex-showroom price of Rs. 51.87 lakh. The bike features a new smaller engine which is homologated for the World Superbike Championship.

The new smaller engine produces 221 HP and 112 Nm of torque. It is a V-4 engine with ride-by-wire and electronic throttle input. It is also lighter in weight as compared to the previous engine, due to the use of magnesium covers. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

With so much power, the bike absolutely needs a ton of electronic equipment to control the on-road performance. As a result, the Ducati Panigale V4 R comes with Traction control, Wheelie control, Launch control, Cornering ABS, Engine braking control, Auto tyre calibration and much more. All the power is put down by Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tyres, which are sure to provide a massive grip in corners.

The Ducati Panigale V4 R was designed by Ducati Corse Racing team. They gave the bike a relatively more aerodynamic design as compared to the V4 S. The racing dept also provided the V4 R with carbon fibre wings, whose main function is to limit the intervention of onboard electronics and improve the bike’s stability using physics.

The bike comes with a 24 months or unlimited miles warranty. The bookings of the Ducati Panigale V4 R is now available across the dealerships in India.
