Ktm has finally launched their least capacity faired motorcycle in India- RC 125. The Ktm RC 125 will come in two different color tones and the Austrian motorbike company has introduced the bike at introductory price tag of Rs 1.47 Lacs (EX-Showroom). The new RC 125 is priced Rs 17000/- over its naked counterpart; Duke 125.The Ktm RC 125 shares same design philosophy as its elder siblings- RC 200 and RC 390. The bike comes with same dual projector headlamps with DRLs on board. The tail section is also same and continues with sharp design as the rest of the RC series motorbikes being sold in India. As far as power train of the new RC 125 is concerned it is same motor from the naked Duke 125. The mill produces 14.3 Hp of power and 12 Nm of torque.
Bookings for the Ktm RC 125 have already commenced across all the Ktm dealership network in the country. The bike will be available in two color options and will take on Yamaha YZF-R15 V 3.0 as direct competition.
