BMW Motorrad has recently launched the Roadster avatar of its famous BMW S1000 series in India by the name of BMW S1000R, now BMW is planning to launch another blockbuster the S1000F, Wunderlich, the premium accessory manufacturer for BMW get the rendering of the upcoming S1000F done by Nicloas Petit. Wunderlich must have exact idea of the details of bike, which they have sketched down with the help of French designer Nicolas Petit. The S1000F shares the inline-4 engine of BMW S1000RR, which makes the bike more promising. The bike is either an Adventurer or Tourer, which only time will tell, however irrespective of the category of bike by the looks of it one thing is sure that it is going to top the chart in either of the categories with the help of its potent engine borrowed from the S1000RR. The bike has higher handle bars for straight posture helping in long journeys with higher suspension setup for better off-road, on-road capability. The launch of S1000F was confirmed through the spy shots of the bike tested on the track featured in asphaltandrubber.com, it was very clear from the pictures that the bike has mated with the same inline-4 engine from the S1000RR. The new S1000F will be pitted against the Suzuki V- Strom 1000, Ducati 1200 Multistrada and Triumph Tiger series bikes. In India BMW is been very aggressive as far as launching of its bikes are concerned, today almost every bike of BMW is available in India which are on sale internationally. BMW may launch the S1000F in India simultaneously with its international launch, the expected price of the S1000F is 18-20 Lacs INR.
