Scoop: The Upcoming Pulsar RS200 Will Have ABS Even On Base Version

Your read it first on BikesIndia, as the heat is on for the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar 200SS (now RS200), from last couple of days we are getting interesting piece of information about the awaited launch. Now from our internal sources we've come to know that the upcoming "Fastest Indian" is going to have ABS as standard even on base version.

Well, this will certainly make the already value proposition flagship bike of Bajaj even more value for money and Bajaj while doing this will also abide by the proposal of ARAI which advocates the compulsion of ABS on every motorcycle above 125cc class in India.

As per BikesIndia's source there would be individual ABS setup for both the wheels, and the base version of Pulsar RS200 will have ABS on the front wheel as standard fitment whereas the top variant will have ABS on both the wheels. This makes both the variants of the bike ABS equipped, although, the top variant will also be equipped with the Fuel Injection system apart from the ABS on both wheels. Where as the base version will be carburated and will also be equipped with ABS on the front wheel only as standard fitment.

[Update] Watch the Teaser Video of upcoming Pulsar RS200, it not only looks stunning but sounds awesome also:
