Thus, Kawasaki launches their Versys 1000 in India with an ex-showroom price of 12.9 lakhs and approximately 14.2 lakhs on-road in Pune. The Versys 1000 is one of the most popular superbikes in then European markets, mainly because of its go anywhere capabilities and performance too.
Suzuki Inazuma 250 is perhaps only motorcycle on sale in India, which has seen the maximum price drop after its official launch. Suzuki has now decided to withdraw the Inazuma 250 from its current product line in India after the price slash of hefty Rs 1 Lac didn't work for the company. The official discontinuation of the bike will be applicable from March 2015.

Kawasaki seems to be in a different gear altogether as far as launching new bikes in India is concerned. Soon after launching ER-6n and Z250 Kawasaki is about to launch its adventure touring motorcycle Versys 1000 which they had showcased in recently concluded 2014 Intermot autoshow.
Triumph has recalled several motorcycles for the faulty ECU in its 2014-2015 models including Bonneville, Bonneville T100, Thruxton, Tiger 800, Tiger 800XC, Thunderbird, Thunderbird Storm, Rocket III Touring and Rocket III Roadster.
