After all the excitement Bajaj Auto gave us with the press invite for today, Tuesday 28th April, 2015 we at BikesIndia went full steam to the Press Event to cover it live for all our readers and fans out there. We were totally excited and pumped up with all the adrenaline and Coffee to see what interesting stuff Bajaj had to launch and declare in front of us. But alas! That was not the case to be. Bajaj delivered a total googly to us and bowled our expectation out of the world when they showcased us nothing than the recently launched Bajaj Pulsar AS200 and the RS200 which we have already seen before.
Bajaj has put out a new Press invitation to us about a showcasing of their new range of Pulsars. We do not expect Bajaj to launch any new bikes this coming Tuesday, but we sure are very curious to see what more bunnies do Bajaj brings out from its hat. Bajaj has been seeing a steady decline in sales over the past couple of months with Hero and Honda snatching up the market real fast.
Kawasaki Officials made an important announcement on the launch of their flagship motorcycle Ninja H2. They said that they would launch three new motorcycles in India and will start operations in their new showrooms too. Now the interesting part of the story is according to Autocar India, the three motorcycle to hit Indian market by Kawasaki are Z250SL, the Vulcan S and the Ninja ZX-6R 636.
Today at a launch event organised in Chennai Yamaha Motors India has launched a brand new 125cc commuter motorcycle- Saluto. The bike is targeted as family commuter motorbike with good mileage and comfort. Saluto is featured with brand new 125cc 4-stroke engine with Yamaha's patent Blue Core technology.
As per the reports coming from various sources across the Globe, Erik Buell Racing (EBR) have declared themselves Broke. The American motorcycle manufacturing company came into limelight when our own Hero MotoCorp has acquired 49.2% stake from the company and become single largest stake holder after Erik Buell Racing company retains rest of the shareholding for the company.
