Bajaj Bikes

The Bajaj Group is founded in 1926, at the height of India's movement for independence from the British, the group has an illustrious history. Jamnalal Bajaj had close relationship and his deep involvement in the independence movement which did not leave him with much time to spend on his newly launched business venture. His son, Kamalnayan Bajaj, then 27, took over the reigns of business in 1942. Kamalnayan Bajaj not only consolidated the group, but also diversified into various manufacturing activities. The present Chairman of the group, Rahul Bajaj, took charge of the business in 1965. Under his leadership, the turnover of the Bajaj Auto the flagship company has gone up from INR.72 million to INR. 120 billion, its product portfolio has expanded and the brand has found a global market. He is one of India’s most distinguished business leaders and internationally respected for his business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

Kawasaki KB 125 was the answer of Kawasaki and Bajaj collaboration to its corresponding competitions like- Suzuki Shaolin and Yamaha RX 135/ RXG. The bike was discontinued due to the stringent emission laws of the country.

The Bajaj Rave was a strange looking moped with 74.08cc air cooled 2-stroke engine producing 3.6 Bhp of power at 5500 Rpm, it is the same engine used in "Bajaj M80". The Rave was featured with pseudo alloy wheels and telescopic front suspensions.

The Kawasaki 4S Champion was a fairly popular bike among all the sections of life. The bike was equipped with 99.3cc aluminum air cooled 4-stroke engine developed by Kawasaki with R.A.C.E technology. The engine was extremely frugal with good power output of 7.0 Bhp at 8500 Rpm.

Why Pulsar 180F Sucks- A Critical Analysis

Since the design rehash formula worked wonders for a motorcycle which has already captured a big portion of the 150cc market. It should definitely work for a bike which hasn’t even begun competing on the same level as its siblings. So Bajaj decided to use the design of the Pulsar 220F and put the 180cc engine in it. The sad part isn't that they are diluting the image of Pulsar 220F, but they are also doing the right thing economically.
