1 Crore Pulsar Celebration- From A Different Perspective

  • Jul 6, 2018
  • |   Comments
1 crore of a single brand Motorcycle is the most joyous occasion for any manufacturer. It marks their proficiency in understanding market demand and delivering the consumer-friendly product. When I say “Consumer friendly” I am referring to the huge number of people who still buy the Pulsar 150 for their daily commute. Pulsar 150 sells for Bajaj but it is somehow keeping the company from continuing their innovation cycle, by this time, we should have been driving the next generation of Pulsar 150, anyways that's a topic for another time. Today we are focusing on how disappointing the new Pulsar Ad is.

Why Bajaj Needs To Stop Relaunching Pulsar 150

  • Jul 3, 2018
  • |   Comments
It makes sense to focus on Pulsar 150 as it is the best selling Pulsar for Bajaj but instead of offering true mechanical and design updates, the company is just slapping a new paint job every now and then. With the 150 cc being crowded by much-advanced Gixxers, Hornets and Apaches, Bajaj is trying to literally milk every drop of sale which they can get out of Pulsar 150. It is time to let go of the old Pulsar and here’s why.

Honda CBR 250RR- A dream hard to come true for India

  • Jun 30, 2018
  • |   Comments
We have heard the cries of thousands of riders who plead night and day for Honda CBR 250RR to come to India. We don’t know if they launch it or not but the bike would retail at close to Rs 3 lakh ex-showroom. It makes around 38 HP and a pitiful 23 NM of torque. Compare it to the competition and you realize where the bike actually stands.

What Makes Pulsar 200 NS Best Bike In 200 cc Segment?

  • May 30, 2018
  • |   Comments
The bike launched by Bajaj in 2012 was way ahead of its time. So much so that the company decided to stop its production and relaunch it in 2017. I am talking about the Pulsar 200 NS. It is the most successful concept to have ever come out of Bajaj’s R&D. The bike sits on a perimeter platform which has extensively been used in Pulsar RS 200, AS 200, NS 160, AS 150 (NS = Naked sport, AS = Adventure sport, RS = Race sport) and Dominar 400. Despite branching off to so many genres, the NS 200 still remains the most preferred bike in the sports series of Bajaj motorcycles and rightly so, Let me explain why.

  • May 27, 2018
  • |   Comments
It’s the battle of the Naked motorcycles. Pulsar 200 NS has been in our market, almost unchanged since 2012. It is only challenged by its foreign sibling the KTM Duke 200. On the side of the Japanese, the FZ-25 represents the collective stride of Yamaha’s R&D which has given us a specially designed bike for India. So without wasting any time, let’s compare these two and settle the score.

What to expect from updated TVS Apache RTR 180?

  • May 22, 2018
  • |   Comments
From Honda to Bajaj, Colour update or as the Motorcycle Industry likes to call it “Graphical Update” has been the Ultimate tool for Manufacturers to justify releasing a “new” model of the same bike. It has become nothing short of a half-baked attempt to lure in more customer, in order to hand over them the same old product. We think its about time that this whole “process” must update itself, as no longer a simple colour update supports the definition of a revised Motorcycle.
